olo provides asynchronous, physician-reviewed care for the specific programs listed on this site, for patients physically located in Ontario.
Every chart is reviewed by a CPSO-licensed physician, who decides independently whether treatment is appropriate. A questionnaire is never a prescription.
Prescriptions, where issued, are dispensed by an independently owned, accredited partner pharmacy. Some medications require additional steps such as lab work or a video visit.
This service is not a family practice and does not replace comprehensive primary care.
